What’s your return policy?

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to be thrilled with them too! But if you ever decide that something you ordered isn’t right for you, please contact us so we can help you with your return.

All Essentials by Jillee products (including essential oils, oil blends, and carrier oils) are backed by Jillee's Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantees that if you aren't satisfied for any reason, you can return the product(s) within 90 days to receive a full refund—regardless of use!

For all other physical products from the shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply return the unopened and unused product(s) within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund.

Digital products like eBooks are not eligible for return.


What are my shipping options?

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the country through USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep track of it in transit. We also offer international shipping on a limited basis (see below for details.)


Do you offer international shipping?

As of April 22, 2022 we have suspended shipping to Canada. Canadian shipping is currently very unreliable and we can't guarantee that our shipments will make it to Canada in a timely manner. We will offer Canadian shipping again once we feel more confident in the shipping process. 

We currently offer international shipping to the United Kingdom, and the U.S. Outlying Islands.

If you live outside of these areas and are interested in ordering our products, please contact us and let us know.


When will my order arrive?

We will process and ship your order out to you as soon as possible (usually within a day or so). Once your order is in the mail, you can typically expect delivery within 1-3 business days. International shipping can take up to 10 days.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you chose to create an account during checkout, you can also log in to your account and view the tracking information on your order details page. You can find the tracking link next to each product purchased, beginning with "USPS #..."


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. If you would like to change or cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us for help.


Is it safe to put essential oils on my dryer balls?

You can put essential oils on your dryer balls, but it is a potential fire risk. However, many people do this with no problem. While the risk appears to be low, we still want to make sure the understanding is out there. Your dryer can reach a temperature of up to 145°F, with 125°F on the lower scale. Essential oils have flashpoints, which is the temperature at which the oils will turn into vapor, with the potential of heat or another ignition source causing a fire. A lot of common fragrances (such as citrus) have flashpoints in the 105-130°F range. As you can see, this does put them in the potential danger zone.
