What’s your return policy?

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to be thrilled with them too! But if you ever decide that something you ordered isn’t right for you, please contact us so we can help you with your return.

All Essentials by Jillee products (including essential oils, oil blends, and carrier oils) are backed by Jillee's Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantees that if you aren't satisfied for any reason, you can return the product(s) within 90 days to receive a full refund—regardless of use!

For all other physical products from the shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply return the unopened and unused product(s) within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund.

Digital products like eBooks are not eligible for return.


What are my shipping options?

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the country through USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep track of it in transit. We also offer international shipping on a limited basis (see below for details.)


Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. Outlying Islands. If you live outside of these areas and are interested in ordering our products, please contact us and let us know.


When will my order arrive?

We will process and ship your order out to you as soon as possible (usually within a day or so). Once your order is in the mail, you can typically expect delivery within 1-3 business days. International shipping can take up to 10 days.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you chose to create an account during checkout, you can also log in to your account and view the tracking information on your order details page. You can find the tracking link next to each product purchased, beginning with "USPS #..."


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. If you would like to change or cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us for help.
