My favorite holiday recipes

Good Morning:
The first recipe that caught my eye was crockpot sweet and sour meatballs.
I have seen this recipe many times but haven't tried them. I dug out my crock pot and (first went shopping for frozen meatballs) came home and followed the
recipe and VOILA perfect supper. Served them on mashed potatoes and side
of peas and was I stuffed.
Will be taking this recipe to my sister's and will make them for Boxing Day supper.
Also will have to try the Funeral Potatoes when I come home and all the recipes from your cookbook.
Merry Christmas to you and your Family.

Mixed Thoughts

There are some cool ideas but recipes often use ready-made supermarket pr ducts. As I am trying to wean myself off of canned soups and dough, etc, I will avoid these ingredients while at the same time use recipes as a guide.
